Audit Management record numbers display as follows:
Numbering Scheme | Scheme Name | Format |
---|---|---|
SS_AUDIT_NumberingScheme |
Audit Numbering Scheme |
AUDIT-#SSServerDate[yyyy]#-{0:00000000} |
SS_AUDIT_PROGRAM_NumberingScheme |
Audit Program Numbering Scheme |
AUDPROG-#SSServerDate[yyyy]#-{0:00000000} |
SS_AUDITEE_NumberingScheme |
Auditee Numbering Scheme |
AUDITEE-{0:00000} |
SS_CRITERIA_NumberingScheme |
Criteria Numbering Scheme |
CRI-#SSField[CRITERIA_TYPE]#-{0:00000} |
SS_RESPONSE_NumberingScheme |
Response Numbering Scheme |
#SSField[AUDIT_RECORD_NUMBER]#-RSP-{0:00000} |
The format of these numbering schemes can be modified from the Numbering Scheme record.
NOTE: Changing the default Scheme Code, such as “SS_CRITERIA_NumberingScheme” will result in users no longer being able to create the record, such as Criteria; therefore, only modify the format for the defaults. If you wish to add more numbering schemes for different types of records, you can create the new scheme codes and later attach them from the Audit workflow.
