The format of these numbering schemes can be modified from the Numbering Scheme record. For additional information, see Modifying Numbering Schemes.

  1. From the SmartSolve Portal Page, click the Home tab.
  2. In the Setup and Policy section, click Setup.
  3. In the System Wide section, click Numbering Scheme
Result: All available numbering schemes are displayed in the Numbering Schemes window.

NOTE: Changing the default Scheme Code, such as “SS_CRITERIA_NumberingScheme” will result in users no longer being able to create the record, such as Criteria; therefore, only modify the format for the defaults. If you wish to add more numbering schemes for different types of records, you can create the new scheme codes and later attach them from the Audit workflow. For additional information, see Attaching Multiple Numbering Schemes.
